A precise entrance
The O2, ExCeL, Olympia and stadium venues all have distinct arrival routes. Give the entrance in your event information and allow for any security or road controls on the day.
Collection after the event
A legal pickup location may be farther from the main entrance than the drop-off. Follow the confirmed chauffeur instructions rather than assuming the car will wait at the exit.
Guests and vehicles
For a group, allocate passengers by car and identify one coordinator. A V-Class, saloons or more than one vehicle may be appropriate depending on numbers and luggage.
Waiting or fixed return
An event that runs late needs a flexible plan. Ask whether the chauffeur should remain available or return at an agreed time and understand the terms for extra waiting.
