Send the company or building name, postcode and visitor entrance. If a host provides a loading bay instruction, pass it to reservations before the trip.
The airport connection
Add flight and terminal for a Heathrow, London City or Gatwick arrival. If the passenger needs a hotel stop before the office, include that stage too.
Roadshow timing
A day with stops in the City and Mayfair may be better arranged as hourly hire. Allow for building security and London traffic between appointments.
End of the day
Define whether the car returns to an airport, hotel or residence. A named coordinator should confirm any schedule changes as the day develops.
