Start with a route
You do not need a minute-by-minute script, but give the places you expect to visit. The chauffeur can then plan where waiting is permitted and how long it takes to return for collection.
Meetings and shopping
Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington and the City involve different parking restrictions. Tell the team if another traveller joins later or shopping will increase the luggage load.
An event return
A theatre or dinner finish may move. Ask whether the car will wait or return at a confirmed time, and keep the lead passenger reachable on the night.
Know the terms
Agree how extra time, mileage, parking and tolls are handled. A full day outside London may need a separate route-specific quote.
