Follow the meeting point in the confirmed booking. Collect baggage first, keep your phone available and tell the team if an unexpected delay affects your movement through the terminal.

Mayfair, the City and Canary Wharf need an exact hotel or office entrance. An onward trip to Windsor, Oxford, Bath or Southampton should be quoted as the full route.
Vehicle fit
If the party carries large cases, buggies or sports equipment, tell the team before choosing a category. Extra seats do not automatically mean sufficient luggage room.
