The right facility
Give the airport, handler name, any required access reference and the traveller contact. A chauffeur should not assume a commercial terminal or airside pickup.
Party and cases
Tell the team if principal, crew and luggage leave together. A separate luggage vehicle or more than one car must be arranged in advance.
Routes onward
Journeys commonly connect with London, Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. Send a full hotel, office or residence address and any stops.
Flight changes
Operators may revise timing or airfield. Notify LDC when the change is confirmed so the booking team can update the collection point and quote if required.
