Sailing or disembarkation
Tell the booking team whether you are boarding or leaving the ship. Include the cruise line, ship, named terminal, date and realistic collection time. If the terminal changes, update the team.
Capacity for cases
Several large suitcases can exceed the boot space of a saloon even when the people fit. Count bags and mobility equipment so the team can check a V-Class or extra car.
Airport connections
If a flight follows disembarkation, add the airport, terminal and check-in time. Leave time for leaving the ship and the road journey before a fixed onward departure.
From London to the port
The outbound trip needs an arrival time before ship check-in closes. Send every hotel pickup or extra stop in the group’s schedule.
