For the journey to port
Give your London or Heathrow pickup, ship, terminal and boarding window. Leave enough road time to reach the port before check-in ends. Add hotel stops or other passengers to the request.
For the journey home
Give the expected disembarkation period and a passenger mobile. The ship may release passengers in stages. Follow the confirmed chauffeur meeting point after leaving the terminal.
Check the case count
Cruise luggage often includes several full-size suitcases per couple. Seat count alone is a poor guide to fit. Count cases and mobility items so the team can select a vehicle or an extra car.
Treat an onward flight carefully
A flight after a cruise needs a realistic allowance for leaving the ship, collecting luggage and road travel. Share the airport, flight time and terminal before booking the transfer.
When the berth changes
Cruise lines can issue updated terminal information. Forward it to the booking team so the collection point remains current.
