Choose a realistic route
Windsor and Oxford, Bath and Stonehenge or a Cotswolds village circuit have different driving times. Give the sites you care about most and the time you need at each stop.
Tickets and guides
Reserve timed admission directly or ask the reservations team whether a guide or ticket arrangement can be quoted. Do not assume a chauffeur also acts as an accredited guide inside a venue.
Comfort between stops
Tell the team about children, mobility needs and additional luggage. A V-Class may give a group more space, subject to the confirmed seating layout.
The return plan
Choose the last stop and the final hotel or home address. A full day may require driver breaks, route adjustments and a finish that fits the group’s pace.
